- You are entitled to receive from us a confirmation of whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as (a) the purposes of the processing; (b) the relevant categories of personal data, recipients or any types of recipients to whom personal data have been or will be disclosed; (c) where possible, the period during which personal data will be stored; (d) the existence of a right to request us to correct or delete personal data or to restrict the processing of personal data or the right to object to such processing; (e) the right to submit complaint to a supervisory authority; (f) when personal data are not collected by you, any available information about their origin; (g) the existence of automated decision-making, including profile making and important information about the philosophy followed, as well as the importance and predicted consequences of such processing for you.
- You can ask us to provide to you a copy of your processed personal data. For additional copies that may be required, a fee of fifteen (15) Euros is required.

- We will respond within one (1) month.
- Rights of correction, deletion, limitation, portability, objection and complaint submission.
- We are committed to ensure that your personal data is kept confidential and to ensure that you exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection by sending an email to dpo@cactusweb.gr. If necessary, we will ask you to provide us with a photocopy of your identity card, passport or other valid documentary evidence.
- Right of correction. The user is entitled to require us without undue delay to correct inaccurate personal data. Having regard to the purposes of the processing, the user is entitled to require the completion of incomplete personal data, including among others through a supplementary statement.
- Right of deletion. Please note that there may be latency in deleting your personal information from our servers and backup storage, and the Company may retain your personal information in order to comply with the law, protect our rights, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
- Right to restriction of processing. The user is entitled to obtain from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies: (a) the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data; (b) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; (c) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; (d) the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject. Στους χρήστες της ιστοσελίδας οι οποίοι θέλουν να επωφεληθούν από τις υπηρεσίες μας και υποβάλλουν πληροφορίες σε εμάς μπορεί ζητηθεί να παρέχουν προσωπικά δεδομένα για να είναι δυνατό στην Cactus να λειτουργήσει και να βελτιώσει την εταιρεία μας και τις υπηρεσίες μας. Εμείς συγκεντρώνουμε πρωτίστως προσωπικά δεδομένα τέτοια όπως ονόματα, τηλέφωνα, διευθύνσεις του ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου, για να επικοινωνούμε με τους πελάτες μας.
Χρήση προσωπικών δεδομένων
Εμείς θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε προσωπικά δεδομένα για τον σκοπό που αυτά συλλέγονται, και θα κρατήσουμε τα δεδομένα μόνο για τόσο όσο αυτό είναι απαραίτητο για αυτό τον σκοπό. Η πρόσβαση σε προσωπικά δεδομένα είναι αυστηρά περιορισμένη στο προσωπικό της Cactus και στα ελεγχόμενα υποκαταστήματά της και θυγατρικές οι οποίες έχουν τη σωστή πιστοποίηση και μία σαφή εταιρική ανάγκη για τα δεδομένα.
Χρήση των Cookies
Η ιστοσελίδα της Cactus και των συνεργατών της χρησιμοποιεί cookies ή παρόμοιες τεχνολογίες για να διασφαλίσει την άριστη εμπειρία του χρήστη και για να αναλύσει τάσεις, για να διαχειριστεί την ιστοσελίδα, για να παρακολουθήσει τις κινήσεις των χρηστών σε όλη την ιστοσελίδα, και για να συγκεντρώσει δημογραφικές πληροφορίες σχετικές με τη βάση των χρηστών μας ως σύνολο. Μοίρασμα των προσωπικών δεδομένων
Προσωπικά δεδομένα δεν θα πρέπει να μοιράζονται με τρίτα μέρη εκτός υπό περιστάσεις όπου τέτοιο μοίρασμα είναι απαραίτητο για την παροχή των υπηρεσιών μας.

Ασφάλεια επεξεργασίας
Εμείς θα επεξεργαζόμαστε προσωπικά δεδομένα με ασφάλεια, θα εφαρμόσουμε και θα διατηρήσουμε σωστά τεχνικά και οργανωτικά μέτρα για να προστατεύσουμε προσωπικά δεδομένα ενάντια σε συμπτωματική ή μη νόμιμη καταστροφή ή τυχαία απώλεια, μεταβολή, μη εξουσιοδοτημένη γνωστοποίηση ή πρόσβαση, ιδιαίτερα όπου η επεξεργασία εμπλέκει τη μεταφορά των δεδομένων μέσω ενός δικτύου, και ενάντια σε όλες τις άλλες μη νόμιμες μορφές επεξεργασίας.
E-mails marketing
Στην Cactus επιτρέπεται κατόπιν συγκατάθεσης να στέλνει σε πελάτες e-mails marketing. Η συγκεκριμένη μορφή της συγκατάθεσης πρέπει να δίνεται ελεύθερα, να είναι συγκεκριμένα ενημερωμένη και σαφής. Αυτά τα προαπαιτούμενα εκπληρώνονται όταν πελάτες έχουν επιλέξει να λάβουν e-mails marketing (ενεργά σύμφωνοι).
Οι πελάτες θα έχουν πάντα το δικαίωμα να διαφωνήσουν, κατόπιν απαιτήσεως και χωρίς κόστος, στην επεξεργασία προσωπικών δεδομένων σχετικών με τον πελάτη για σκοπούς άμεσων δραστηριοτήτων marketing χωρίς να πρέπει να παρέχουν συγκεκριμένη αιτιολόγηση. Οι πελάτες μπορούν να το κάνουν αυτό χρησιμοποιώντας τον σύνδεσμο “Απεγγραφή” τον οποίο θα βρουν στα e-mails που λαμβάνουν από εμάς ή επικοινωνώντας μαζί μας στη διεύθυνση privacy@cactusweb.gr . Μόλις ένας πελάτης έχει διαφωνήσει, τα προσωπικά δεδομένα αυτού του πελάτη δεν θα επεξεργαστούν πλέον για άμεσο marketing.
Τα e-mails marketing περιέχουν πληροφορίες οι οποίες πιστεύουμε ότι μπορούν να είναι ενδιαφέρουσες για τους πελάτες μας τέτοιες όπως τα πιο πρόσφατα νέα σχετικά με τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες μας.
Ευθύνη
Η Cactus είναι υπεύθυνη για και θέλει να μπορεί σε οποιαδήποτε δεδομένη στιγμή να αποδείξει συμμόρφωση με τη GDPR όπως επίσης και με τις αρχές μας που ορίζονται εδώ. Η Cactus θα διατηρήσει αρχεία των επεξεργασμένων δραστηριοτήτων υπό την ευθύνη της που περιέχουν τις πληροφορίες που απαιτούνται από τη GDPR και όπου εφαρμοστέα και θα καταστήσει τα αρχεία διαθέσιμα στους επόπτες κατόπιν απαίτησης.
Παράπονα
Οι πελάτες έχουν το δικαίωμα να υποβάλουν μία καταγγελία αναφορικά με την επεξεργασία μας των πρσωπικών δεδομένων.
Στο απίθανο γεγονός που οι πελάτες έχουν υποφέρει βλάβη λόγω παραβίασης των δικαιωμάτων τους υπό την πολιτική προστασίας δεδομένων και η Cactus δεν έχει αντιμετωπίσει την καταγγελία με έναν επαρκή τρόπο, οι πελάτες μπορούν να παραπονεθούν επισήμως με τους επόπτες.
Αλλαγές σε αυτή την πολιτκή
Αυτή η πολιτική μπορεί να ανανεώνεται από καιρό σε καιρό, π.χ. λόγω των τροποποιήσεων της σχετικής νομοθεσίας ή αλλαγών στην εταιρική δομή της Cactus. Αν οποιεσδήποτε υλικές αλλαγές γίνονται, οι πελάτες θα ενημερωθούν μέσω e-mail ή μέρω μίας προειδοποίησης στην ιστοσελίδα πριν η αλλαγή να γίνει αποτελεσματική. Εμείς προτρέπουμε όλους τους χρήστες μας να ελέγχουν περιοδικά αυτή τη σελίδα για τις πιο πρόσφατες πληροφορίες πάνω στις πρακτικές απορρήτου.
